Invisible's latest tribute compilation Opium Jukebox proves just how creative and versatile Martin Atkins truly is. Opium Jukebox answers the questions: "What if Kurt Cobain could have played the sitar in a darkened, more twisted setting?" and "What would the music of Gaz Numan�s sound if we it were performed in a densely fogged opium den?�

This release is a series of purely innovative covers like "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Cars" among many others, as designed with sitars and laid-back ambient grooves on the mind. Some of the subsequent tracks are actually distinguishable, and caused me to whirl along with their respective videos coursing through my brain. Others weren't so recognizable, and caused me quite a shock when I looked at the liner to see what I was listening to. This is a great, solid album, wonderfully constructed musically, and really funny at the same time. I can't find a reason *not* to listen to this album, in fact, I can't take it out of my CD player. -Cmoore
